How can I protect privacy when sharing my screen?

  1. Before you start sharing, decide whether you really need to show the full desktop.
  2. If you only need one program, choose Application Window instead of Desktop.
  3. Confirm the target window content and then click OK.

How do I stop the current share?

  1. While sharing is active, move your pointer to the floating toolbar area.
  2. Click Stop Sharing.
  3. Confirm that the meeting returns to the normal participant view.

Why can’t participants hear audio from my computer?

  1. Before sharing starts, make sure Share computer audio is turned on in the sharing panel.
  2. Check that the audio you want to present is playing normally on your computer.
  3. If sharing already started without that option, stop the share and start it again with audio enabled.

Which annotation tools are available?

  1. Start sharing and click Annotation Options on the floating toolbar.
  2. Choose from Mouse, Pen, Highlighter, Eraser, or Clear.
  3. After marking the screen, switch back to Mouse to continue the presentation.
