What information can I see in Document Information?

  1. Open a collaboration document.
  2. Go to File Actions → Document Management → Document Information.
  3. Review access data, file name, owner, creation time, type, size, and location in the panel.

Why can't I find the Document Information entry?

  1. Confirm that the current file is a collaboration document.
  2. Make sure you have entered the document editing view normally.
  3. Click File Actions again and check whether Document Information appears under Document Management.

What fields are included in the exported access record?

  1. In the Document Information panel, click Detailed Records.
  2. Wait for the table to be generated.
  3. Open the exported table to review fields such as date, visit count, number of visitors, and number of editors.
