FAQ

What should I do if I cannot find the Eraser feature?

  1. Confirm that a table has already been inserted and selected on the current slide.
  2. Check whether the Table Style tab appears at the top of the window.
  3. Find the Eraser button on that tab and click it.

How can I restore a table border that I removed by mistake?

  1. Press Ctrl+Z immediately to undo the last action.
  2. If you have already continued editing, reselect the table.
  3. Use related table drawing or border tools to add back the line you need.

Why does removing a border look like merging cells?

  1. Eraser removes the divider between adjacent cells.
  2. After that divider disappears, the area looks continuous.
  3. That is why the feature can be used to create a merged-cell effect.
