Entry path: Select a table → Table Tools tab → Distribute Row Heights

  1. Click any cell in the table to select the table you want to adjust.
  2. Click the Table Tools tab at the top of the window.
  3. Find and click Distribute Row Heights.
  4. All selected rows in the table are adjusted to the same height automatically.
