1. Turn On Undo Send
Entry path: Mail Settings → Sending Settings → Undo Send
- Open WPS Mail and click Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Open the Sending Settings tab.
- Select the Undo Send checkbox.
- Choose a cancellation time limit of 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Undo Send option remains enabled in sending settings.
- Next action available: After sending an email, you can see the Undo prompt.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the checkbox is not selected, no Undo entry appears after sending.
- Environment note: You need to be signed in to a WPS Mail account.
2. Cancel a Sent Email
Entry path: Top prompt after sending / Drafts
- Send an email normally.
- After the message is sent, watch for the Undo prompt at the top of the interface.
- Click Undo within the time limit you selected.
- After the cancellation succeeds, open Drafts to continue editing and resend the email.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The email no longer continues in its original sending state and returns to Drafts.
- Next action available: You can edit the subject, body, attachment, or recipients before sending again.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you click after the time limit expires, the cancellation will not work.
- Environment note: The action must be completed while the prompt is still visible.
