Why do I not see the Undo button after sending?

  1. Open Mail Settings.
  2. Go to Send Settings and confirm that Undo Send is selected.

  4. Send a test email again and check whether the prompt bar appears after sending.

How long can the undo time be set?

  1. Open Settings and go to Send Settings.
  2. Find the Undo Send option.
  3. Select 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds from the time list.
  4. Send email with the new setting applied.

Where does the email go after Undo succeeds?

  1. Click Undo in the prompt bar after sending.
