1. Turn on Undo Send

Entry path: Mail Settings → Send Settings → Undo Send

1. Open WPS Mail and click Settings in the upper-right corner.
2. Open the Send Settings tab.
3. Select the Undo Send checkbox to enable the feature.
4. Choose a cancellation time of 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: Undo Send stays selected in Send Settings and the chosen time is shown.
• Next action available: After you send an email, an Undo prompt bar appears within the selected time window.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: Opening settings without selecting the checkbox means no Undo option will appear after sending.
• Environment note: Your mail account must be able to send email normally, and your network connection should stay stable.

2. Cancel a sent email

Entry path: Top prompt bar after sending → Undo

1. Make sure Undo Send is already turned on and a time limit is selected.
2. Send your email normally.
3. Watch for the Undo prompt bar at the top of the interface after sending.
4. Click Undo within the selected time limit.
5. After the undo succeeds, open Drafts, continue editing the message, and send it again.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The post-send prompt bar appears within the time limit and the Undo option can be clicked.
• Next action available: After a successful undo, the message returns to Drafts so you can edit recipients, attachments, or content.
• No unwanted result: The original send action does not continue with the current message content.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you click after the selected time expires, the message can no longer be canceled.
• Environment note: If sending or network status is unstable, the visible prompt time may be affected by the actual connection state.
