1. Set Default Text Style
Entry: Mail Settings → Sending Settings → Default Text Style
- Open WPS Mail and click the settings button in the upper-right corner to enter Mail Settings.
- In the left navigation pane, select Sending Settings and find the Default Text Style section.
- Adjust the font, font size, color, and line spacing.
- Review the text result in the preview area and confirm that the style matches your needs.
- If you want to return to the original state, click Restore Default.
- After the setup is complete, later emails will use this default text style automatically.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see the updated text style in the settings area.
- Next action available: New emails can use the default text style directly.
- No unwanted effect: Changing the default style does not change emails that were already sent.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: After opening Sending Settings, make sure you are in the Default Text Style section instead of another mail option.
- Environment note: You need to sign in and open the WPS Mail settings page first.
