What delivery statuses can I see in Email Delivery Status?

  1. Open the target email in Sent Mail.
  2. Click the Delivered label or the Delivery Status label.
  3. In the dialog box, review the result. Common statuses include delivered to the recipient server, delivery failed and bounced, delivery interrupted, and delivery failed due to a data protection rule.

What should I do after an email delivery failure?

  1. If the message failed and bounced, review the bounce message first.
