1. Check Email Delivery Status
Entry point: Mail page → Delivered tag / Delivery Status tag
- Open the Sent folder in your mailbox list.
- Select the sent email you want to review.
- At the top of the message details, click the Delivered tag or Delivery Status tag.
- In the Email Delivery Status dialog, review the delivery details for all recipients.

Tips While Using
- This feature is available only for supported WPS in-house mail accounts.
- Open the message from Sent instead of other folders.
2. Refresh the Latest Status
Entry point: Email Delivery Status dialog → Refresh
- Open the Email Delivery Status dialog by following the steps in the previous section.
- Click Refresh in the dialog.
- Wait for the latest delivery results to load.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The status list is refreshed.
- What you can do next: You can continue checking the latest delivered, failed, or interrupted results.
Tips While Using
- Keep your network connection available before refreshing.
- If the result has not changed yet, refresh again later.
3. Handle Common Failure Reasons
Entry point: Email Delivery Status dialog → Failed status details
- In the delivery status dialog, locate the recipient with a failed or interrupted result.
- If the status shows Bounced, review the bounce details, correct the issue, and send the email again.
- If the status shows Interrupted, contact your administrator for review. After approval, delivery can continue.
- If the status shows a data protection rule related failure, confirm the reason with your administrator, revise the content if needed, and resend the email.
