1. Clear Storage Space

Entry: Mail Settings → Storage Space

  1. Open WPS Mail and click the Settings button in the upper-right corner to enter the mail settings page.
  2. Switch to the Storage Space tab.
  3. Review the storage used by each mailbox area and the total storage limit.
  4. Click the clear icon next to the area you want to clean, such as Drafts, Deleted, or Spam.
  5. Click Confirm Clear to release space.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see the total mailbox storage limit and the storage used by each mailbox area.
  • What you can do next: After cleanup, you can return to sending, receiving, and managing mail.
  • No unwanted effect: Areas you did not choose are not cleared together.
