1. Open Signature Settings
Entry path: Mail interface upper-right corner → Settings → Signature Settings tab
- Open the WPS Mail interface.
- Click Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Switch to the Signature Settings tab.
- Review the available signature options and style area.

2. Configure a Default Style or Custom Style
Entry path: Settings → Signature Settings
- Open the Signature Settings tab.
- Select Default Style to preview or use the preset signature style.
- If you need personalized content, select Custom Style to open the editor panel.
- Enter or revise the signature content in the editor.
- Save the changes and send a test email.

3. Remove or Disable a Signature
Entry path: Settings → Signature Settings
- Open the Signature Settings tab.
- To stop automatic signatures, select No signature.
- If you want to remove existing custom content, open the Custom Style editor panel.
- Delete the content you no longer need, or switch back to Default Style.
- Save the changes and send another message to confirm the result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The current state is changed to no signature, or the previous custom content has been updated.
- Next action available: Future messages no longer include the old signature content.
