1. Open Signature Settings

Entry path: Email interface → Settings in the upper-right area → Signature Settings

  1. Open the WPS email interface.
  2. Click the Settings button in the upper-right area.
  3. Switch to the Signature Settings tab.
  4. Review the available signature modes and options.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Signature Settings page is open.
  • What you can do next: You can see options such as No Signature, Default Style, and Custom Style.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you stay on another tab such as General Settings, you will not be editing signature content directly.

2. Switch signature modes

Entry path: Signature Settings → Signature mode area

  1. Open the Signature Settings page.
  2. Select No Signature, Default Style, or Custom Style as needed.
  3. Preview the effect of the selected mode.
  4. Keep the selected mode for later outgoing emails.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The current signature mode changes to the selected option.
  • What you can do next: Future emails will follow the selected signature mode or send without a signature.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: After switching to No Signature, no signature content will be added automatically at the end of the email.

3. Edit a custom signature

Entry path: Signature Settings → Custom Style → Editing panel

  1. Open the Signature Settings page.
  2. Select Custom Style.
  3. Open the custom signature editing panel.
  4. Enter or revise the signature content.
  5. Save the current custom style.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The custom signature content is updated.
  • What you can do next: You can send emails with the updated signature content.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If Custom Style is not selected, the edited content will not be used as the active signature mode.

4. Set different signatures for different email accounts

Entry path: Signature Settings → Signature configuration for each email account

  1. Open the Signature Settings page.
  2. Select the email account you want to configure.
  3. Choose a default style or custom style for that account.
  4. If needed, edit the custom signature content for that account.
  5. Repeat the same steps for other email accounts.

  • Interface result: Different email accounts have different signature configurations.
  • What you can do next: When you switch accounts, each account can use its own signature.

  • Common mistake: If multiple accounts share one signature, identity details may become inconsistent.
