FAQ

Why can’t I find Signature Settings?

  1. Make sure you are in the WPS email interface instead of another WPS component.
  2. Check whether the Settings button is visible in the upper-right area.
  3. Click Settings and switch to the Signature Settings tab.
  4. If the entry is still missing, update to the latest version of WPS Office for Mac and try again.

How do I stop emails from adding a signature automatically?

  1. Open the email interface and go to Signature Settings.
  2. In the signature mode area, select No Signature.
  3. Return to the compose window. New emails will no longer add a signature automatically.

Can different email accounts use different signatures?

  1. Yes. Open Signature Settings first.
  2. Select the email account you want to configure.
  3. Assign a default style or custom style for that account.
  4. Save the changes. Different accounts can then use different signatures when sending emails.

How do I remove existing custom signature content?

  1. Open Signature Settings and select Custom Style.
  2. Open the editing panel.
  3. Delete the signature content you no longer need, or switch to a default style or no signature.
  4. Save the changes and send a test email to confirm the result.
