Can I view the Recent List across devices?

  1. Sign in with the same WPS account.
  2. Make sure the related documents are included in account sync or saved in a sync-supported location.
  3. Open WPS on the other device and go to Recent List to check the related records.

How do I hide or reduce records shown in the Recent List?

  1. Open WPS and go to Recent List.
  2. If you want to stop showing records temporarily, click Hide Recent Records.
  3. If you want to remove one record, select the file and use Remove Open Record.

Why does a document in the Recent List not open on another device?

  1. First confirm that both devices are signed in with the same WPS account.
  2. Check whether the document is only a local file on the original device.
  3. If the file has not been uploaded to the cloud yet, upload or sync it first and then check it on the other device.
