1. View My Devices
Entry: WPS Home page → left navigation pane → My Devices
- Open WPS.
- Click My Devices in the left navigation pane.
- Review the device folders stored in the cloud.
- Open a device folder to view the documents synced from that device.

2. Manage Files and Folders
Entry: My Devices → right-click a file or folder
- In My Devices, locate the target file or folder.
- Right-click the item.
- Select the action you need, such as creating a folder, renaming, moving, copying, or deleting.
- If needed, sort or filter the list by name, modified time, or other available options.
