1. View My Devices

Entry: WPS Home page → left navigation pane → My Devices

  1. Open WPS.
  2. Click My Devices in the left navigation pane.
  3. Review the device folders stored in the cloud.
  4. Open a device folder to view the documents synced from that device.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the My Devices view is open.
  • Next action available: you can browse device folders and open synced documents.

2. Manage Files and Folders

Entry: My Devices → right-click a file or folder

  1. In My Devices, locate the target file or folder.
  2. Right-click the item.
  3. Select the action you need, such as creating a folder, renaming, moving, copying, or deleting.
  4. If needed, sort or filter the list by name, modified time, or other available options.
