How-to Guide
1. Open cloud settings by right-clicking the WPS Cloud icon
Entry path: Right-click WPS Cloud → Settings icon at the top right → Cloud Feature Settings
- Find the WPS Cloud icon in the lower-right area of the Windows taskbar.
- Right-click the icon to open the WPS Cloud tray panel.
- Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the panel.
- Select Cloud Feature Settings from the menu.
- Open the WPS Cloud settings page.

2. Open cloud settings through Transfer Assistant
Entry path: Click WPS Cloud → Transfer Assistant → Settings icon at the top right → Settings button at the lower left
- Find the WPS Cloud icon in the lower-right area of the Windows taskbar.
- Click the icon to open the Transfer Assistant window.
- Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
- In the WPS Cloud window that opens, click the Settings button in the lower-left corner.

3. Select Offline Available Folders
Entry path: Cloud settings page → Offline Available Folders → Select
- On the cloud settings page, find Offline Available Folders.
- Click Select on the right to open the folder selection dialog box.
- Use the checkboxes to choose the folders you want to keep available offline.
- Click OK to save the setting.

- On-screen result: The selected folders are saved as offline available folders.
