1. Open System Settings
Entry path: WPS Cloud page → Settings icon → System Settings
- Open WPS Cloud.
- Click the Settings icon in the lower-left corner.
- Select System Settings in the left panel.

2. Choose what opens when you click the system tray icon
Entry path: System Settings → Clicking the system tray icon opens
- Open the System Settings page.
- Find the Clicking the system tray icon opens section near the top of the page.
- Select WPS Cloud - Transfer List or Transfer Assistant.
- The tray icon will open the selected destination the next time you click it.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected option is shown as active.
- What you can do next: Clicking the tray icon opens the corresponding window.
Tips While Using
- Choose WPS Cloud - Transfer List if you usually want the main cloud window.

3. Configure WPS Cloud startup settings

- Turn Run automatically at startup on or off as needed.
- Turn Run when WPS Office starts on or off as needed.

- Turn Show “Upload or sync to WPS” on or off as needed.
- Turn Show “Send via WPS” on or off as needed.

- Turn on or off Remind me when synced folders and cloud files are deleted on other devices as needed.
- Turn on or off Remind me when local actions cause files to be deleted from the cloud and other devices as needed.

- Keep deletion alerts on if you sync files across multiple devices.
