  2. Check whether you are signed in to your WPS account.
  3. Make sure your network connection is working so cloud document messages can sync.

What should I do if the message panel does not open?

  1. Make sure you are already on the WPS Office home page.
  2. Check whether your network connection is working normally.
  3. Confirm that your current account is signed in.
  4. If the panel still does not open, close and restart WPS Office, then try again.

Why do I stop getting pop-up reminders after turning notifications off?

  1. Open the message panel and go to settings.
  2. Check whether the Accept New Message Notifications switch is turned off.
  3. If the switch is off, new messages still enter the message panel, but no pop-up reminder is shown.
  4. To restore reminders, turn the switch on again.

Can I still view earlier messages after marking all as read?

  1. Mark All as Read only changes the read status of messages.
