1. Open the Product Key entry

Entry path: Top-right Global Settings button → Product Key

  1. Open the WPS client.
  2. Click the Global Settings button in the top-right corner.
  3. Find Product Key in the menu that appears.
  4. Click Product Key to open the related page.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Product Key page or input window opens.
  • Next action available: You can continue to enter a product key or review current license information.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the Global Settings menu is not expanded, the Product Key entry is not visible.
  • Environment note: If the window layout is compact, enlarge the window first and then check the top-right menu again.

2. Enter a product key and activate

  1. Open the Product Key page by following the previous section.
  2. Enter a valid product key in the input box.
  3. Check that the full key has been entered correctly.
  4. Click Submit to complete activation.

  • Interface result: The page status updates after submission.

  • Common mistake: An incomplete key or extra spaces may prevent normal submission.

3. Check current license information

Entry path: Product Key page

  1. Open the WPS client and go to the Product Key page.
  2. Review the current license information shown on the page.
  3. Confirm whether the license status matches your expectation.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Current license information is visible on the page.
  • Next action available: You can use it to confirm whether enterprise activation has completed.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If activation has not finished yet, the page may still show a pending or inactive state.
