1. Set calendar visibility scope
Entry: Admin Console → WPS Calendar → Enterprise Visibility Settings
- Open the WPS365 client, and from the lower-left corner of the home page, click Admin Console.
- In the left-side list, click WPS Calendar to expand the menu.
- Find Enterprise Visibility Settings in the list.
- Click Settings.
- Select the default visibility scope for the calendar:
- Internal default sharing permission: Private, Show as Busy, or View Event Details.
- Default visibility for affiliated organizations' primary calendars: Private, Show as Busy, or View Event Details.
- Default visibility for external members' primary calendars: Private, Show as Busy, or View Event Details.
- Add extra policies as needed:
- Sharing scope: All supervisors / Direct supervisors.
- Default sharing permission: Show as Busy / View Event Details.
- Prevent employees from changing settings: Select this option when needed.
- Click OK to apply the settings.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected permissions and policies are saved in the settings window.
- Next action available: You can reopen the page later to review or adjust the enterprise visibility rules.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Saving without checking the settings for internal members, affiliated organizations, and external members separately.
