1. Manage Apps

Entry path: Management Console → App Marketplace → App Management

1. Open the WPS 365 client, and on the client home page click Management Console in the lower-left area.
2. In the left-side list, click App Marketplace to expand the menu.
3. Click App Management to open the tab.
4. Review the list of installed custom apps.
5. Click Enable or Disable to change the app status.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: You can see the list of installed custom apps and the related status controls.
• Next action available: You can continue enabling or disabling the target app.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you open a regular workspace page instead of the management console, the App Management entry will not appear.
• Permissions: If the account does not have management permissions, access to the related console page may be unavailable.
• Impact: After an app is disabled, members can no longer use it, so it is helpful to notify users before making the change.
