1. Set Review-Exemption Rules

Entry path: Admin Console → App Marketplace → App Settings → Review-Exemption Rules

  1. Open the WPS client, then click Admin Console in the lower-left corner of the client home page.
  2. In the left-side list, click App Marketplace to expand the menu.
  3. Click App Settings.
  4. Click Review-Exemption Rules to open the tab, then click Add Rule.
  5. Enter the rule name, description, and rule content.
  6. Click Save to apply the rule.
  7. Click Enable or Disable as needed to switch the rule status.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see the new rule or the updated rule status in the rule list.
  • Next action available: You can continue editing, enabling, disabling, or adding other rules.

Tips While Using

  • You need to enter the Admin Console before app marketplace entries become available.
  • Only super administrators or administrators with app marketplace permissions can use this feature.
  • Before saving, confirm that the rule content is complete so later approval workflows are not affected.

2. Manage App Labels

Entry path: App Settings → App Label Management

  1. Open the App Settings page.
  2. Click App Label Management.
  3. Click Add to create an app label.
  4. Click Delete as needed to remove label content that is no longer required.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The label list shows the added or deleted results.
  • Next action available: You can continue maintaining other label content.

Tips While Using

  • Deleting an app label does not disable the app itself.
  • It is recommended to review label content regularly so app categories stay clear.
  • Changes to app visibility strategy take effect immediately, so it is practical to adjust them during a lower-impact time period.
