How-to Guide
1. Manually reorder members
Entry: Admin Console → Directory → Organization Structure → Member Sorting
- Open the WPS 365 client.
- On the client home page, click the admin console in the lower-left corner.
- In the left panel, click Directory.
- Click Organization Structure and open the target department.
- Click the Member Sorting button in the upper-right area of the page.
- On the sorting page, drag member names directly to adjust the display order.
- After the adjustment is complete, click Exit Sorting.
- Return to the directory and check the updated member order.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Members in the target department appear in the updated order.
- Next action available: You can continue checking other departments or reopen the sorting page for further adjustments.
Tips While Using
- Permissions or membership: This feature requires the related enterprise plan.
- Environment limits: Keep the network connected so the updated order can sync to the directory.
2. Use Pin to Top for faster reordering
Entry: Admin Console → Directory → Organization Structure → Member Sorting
- Open the WPS 365 client and enter the admin console.
- Open Directory and Organization Structure, then go to the target department.
- Click Member Sorting to open the sorting page.
- Click the Pin to Top button on the right side of the target member entry.
- Check whether the member has moved closer to the front of the list.
- Click Exit Sorting to finish the update.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected member appears near the front of the department member list.
- Next action available: You can continue using Pin to Top for other members or refine the order with drag-and-drop sorting.
Tips While Using
