1. Add a Sort Rule

Path: Toolbar → Sort → Sort Criteria

  1. Open the target data table.
  2. Click Sort on the toolbar.
  3. Click Sort Criteria.
  4. Choose the field you want to sort by.
  5. Select Ascending or Descending.
  6. Check whether the records are rearranged as expected.

2. Set Multi-Field Sorting

Path: Toolbar → Sort → Sort Criteria

  1. Open the Sort Criteria panel.
  2. Set the first sort field and its order.
  3. Add another sort condition.
  4. Choose the second field and its order.
  5. Continue adding fields if needed.
  6. Review the field sequence to confirm the priority order.
