Step-by-Step Guide
1. Configure visible member card fields
Entry path: Admin Console → Directory → Member Fields → Display Settings
- Open the WPS 365 client and click Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
- In the left navigation pane, click Directory.
- Click Member Fields, then open Display Settings.
- Review the list of fields that can appear on member cards.
- Click Edit to enter card editing mode.
- Turn supported fields on or off as needed.
- Check the preview panel on the right to review the result.
- Click Save to apply the configuration.
Success Check
- Interface result: the latest field visibility settings remain on the Display Settings page after saving.
- Next action: you can continue reviewing the preview or edit the settings again.
Notes
- You need access to the enterprise admin console before starting.
- Hiding a field from the card does not delete the stored member data.
- Some basic fields, such as avatar, name, and department, remain fixed on the card and cannot be turned off.
2. Reorder fields and review the preview
Entry path: Admin Console → Directory → Member Fields → Display Settings → Edit
- Open Display Settings and click Edit.
- Review the current card layout in the preview panel on the right.
- Drag field items to change their display order on the member card.
- Compare the updated order in the preview area.
- Click Save to apply the new order.
Success Check
- Interface result: the preview panel shows the updated field order.
- Next action: you can reopen editing and continue adjusting the layout if needed.

- It is helpful to confirm which fields are most important before reordering them.
- Review the preview before saving so the final layout matches your needs.
3. Set sensitive member field visibility
Entry path: Admin Console → Directory → Member Fields → Display Settings
- Open the Display Settings page.
- Find the Sensitive Member Card Field Visibility entry.
- Click the entry to open its settings page.
- Configure the visibility scope for selected fields of specific members as needed.
- Save the settings and return to Display Settings to confirm the result.
Success Check
- Interface result: the sensitive field visibility settings are saved successfully.
- Next action: you can return to the directory and review how member cards are shown.
Notes
- This setting is useful when some fields should not be visible to all members.
