How-to Guide

1. Set the card cover and cover effect

Entry: Gallery view top toolbar → Card Management → Card Cover

  1. Switch to Gallery View from the left navigation pane.
  2. Click Card Management in the top toolbar.
  3. Open the Card Cover drop-down list in the panel.
  4. Select a field as the card cover source.
  5. Choose Fit or Crop under Cover Effect.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the card cover is displayed based on the selected field.
  • Next action: you can continue switching the cover field or adjusting the cover effect.

Tips While Using

  • Fit tries to display the full image and may leave blank space in some cases.
  • Crop fills the card area, but image edges may be trimmed.
  • These settings affect the current gallery view display.

2. Hide or show card fields

Entry: Top toolbar → Card Management → Field Management → eye icon

  1. Click Card Management in the top toolbar.
  2. Check the current field list in Field Management.
  3. Click the eye icon next to a field to hide it.
  4. Click the same icon again to show it again.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the hidden field no longer appears on the card.
  • Next action: you can continue adjusting the visibility of other fields.

Tips While Using

  • Hiding a field only changes card display and does not delete the field itself.
  • Hidden fields can still be reviewed in the Card Management panel.

3. Edit or delete card fields

Entry: Top toolbar → Card Management → Field Management → more options icon

  1. Click Card Management in the top toolbar.
  2. Find the target field in Field Management.
  3. Click the more options icon next to the field.
  4. Select Edit to change field settings, or select Delete to remove the field.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: after editing, the card display updates with the new field settings; after deletion, the field is removed.
  • Next action: you can continue managing other fields or return to gallery view.

Tips While Using

  • Confirm that a field is no longer needed before deleting it.
  • Editing or deleting a field affects the field structure of the current table, not only the card appearance.
