About This Feature

Overview

Member Card Display Settings lets administrators choose which fields appear on employee cards in the company directory and arrange the display order of those fields. In the display settings page, administrators can turn supported fields on or off and review the result in the preview panel on the right.

This feature is useful for directory management, consistent profile presentation, and visibility control for sensitive information. Organizations can use one centralized setting page to keep member cards consistent across the directory. When additional control is needed, administrators can also open Sensitive Member Card Field Visibility settings to manage who can view selected fields for specific members.

Overall conclusion
WPS is more directly aligned with company directory card management, especially when an administrator needs to standardize visible fields, adjust display order, and manage sensitive field visibility. Other products provide profile or people-information features, but their official workflows focus on profile cards, spreadsheet people references, workspace directories, or personal account profiles.
