1. Edit a member's department
Entry path: Admin Console → Contacts → Organization Structure → Member Information
- Open the WPS 365 client and click Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
- Click Contacts in the left navigation pane.
- Open Organization Structure and find the target member in the member list.
- Click Edit on the right side of that member entry to open the member profile page.
- Find the Department field and click Edit.
- Select one or more departments in the department picker. The first selected department becomes the primary department, and unneeded departments can be removed.
- Click OK to save the change.
- After the update, document permissions and group membership for the new department are synced automatically.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: The member profile shows the updated department information.
- What you can do next: Return to the organization structure page and review the member's new assignment.

- Click Adjust Department at the top of the page.
- Select the target department.
- Click Confirm to complete the batch update.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: The selected members show the updated department assignment.
- What you can do next: Continue filtering other members and run another batch update if needed.
