1. Edit a member's department

Entry path: Admin Console → Contacts → Organization Structure → Member Information

  1. Open the WPS 365 client and click Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. Click Contacts in the left navigation pane.
  3. Open Organization Structure and find the target member in the member list.
  4. Click Edit on the right side of that member entry to open the member profile page.
  5. Find the Department field and click Edit.
  6. Select one or more departments in the department picker. The first selected department becomes the primary department, and unneeded departments can be removed.
  7. Click OK to save the change.
  8. After the update, document permissions and group membership for the new department are synced automatically.

  • What you can do next: Return to the organization structure page and review the member's new assignment.

Entry path: Admin Console → Contacts → Organization Structure → Adjust Department

  1. Open the Organization Structure page.
  2. Select the members whose departments need to be updated.
  3. Click Adjust Department at the top of the page.
  4. Select the target department.
  5. Click Confirm to complete the batch update.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: The selected members show the updated department assignment.
  • What you can do next: Continue filtering other members and run another batch update if needed.
