How-to Guide

1. Create a folder

Entry: Admin Console → Contacts → User Groups → Dynamic Groups → Add Folder

  1. Open the WPS 365 client.
  2. On the client home page, click the admin console entry in the lower-left area.
  3. In the left navigation pane, click Contacts.
  4. In the drop-down list, click User Groups, then switch to the Dynamic Groups tab.
  5. Click Add Folder.
  6. Enter the folder name in the pop-up form.
  7. Click OK to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the new folder name appears on the Dynamic Groups page.
  • Next action available: you can continue creating dynamic groups under this folder.

Tips While Using

  • Permissions or membership: this capability requires the applicable enterprise plan.
  • Environment limits: you need access to the admin console.

2. Create a dynamic group

Entry: Admin Console → Contacts → User Groups → Dynamic Groups

  1. Open the WPS 365 client and enter the admin console.
  2. Click Contacts in the left pane.
  3. Click User Groups and switch to the Dynamic Groups tab.
  4. Select the target folder, then click Add Dynamic Group.
  5. Enter the group name.
  6. Enter a group description if needed.
  7. Configure matching rules by department, job title, or custom fields.
  8. If needed, add more rules and set the AND or OR logic.
  9. Click OK. The system automatically adds members who match the conditions.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the new dynamic group appears under the selected folder.
  • Next action available: you can open the details page to review the current matched member list.
