1. Assign Default Storage

Entry point: Admin Console → Enterprise Settings → Storage Management

  1. Open the WPS 365 client, then click the Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. In the left panel, click Enterprise Settings to expand the list.
  3. Click the Storage Management tab.
  4. Set default storage limits for different identities as needed. Available items include members' WPS Cloud Documents space, enterprise team space, email space, and app space.
  5. If you need more detailed control, click Add Custom Rule.
  6. Click Save to apply the settings.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The Storage Management page shows the configured default storage limits or custom rules.
  • Next actions: The admin can continue adjusting storage settings for members, teams, email, or apps.
  • No side effects: Saving keeps the existing enterprise storage pool and updates only the allocation rules.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: Leaving the page without clicking Save prevents the new rules from taking effect.
  • Membership: This feature requires an enterprise plan.
  • Environment limits: A network connection is needed to open the admin console and save settings.
