1. Assign Default Storage
Entry point: Admin Console → Enterprise Settings → Storage Management
- Open the WPS 365 client, then click the Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
- In the left panel, click Enterprise Settings to expand the list.
- Click the Storage Management tab.
- Set default storage limits for different identities as needed. Available items include members' WPS Cloud Documents space, enterprise team space, email space, and app space.
- If you need more detailed control, click Add Custom Rule.
- Click Save to apply the settings.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The Storage Management page shows the configured default storage limits or custom rules.
- Next actions: The admin can continue adjusting storage settings for members, teams, email, or apps.
- No side effects: Saving keeps the existing enterprise storage pool and updates only the allocation rules.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: Leaving the page without clicking Save prevents the new rules from taking effect.
- Membership: This feature requires an enterprise plan.
- Environment limits: A network connection is needed to open the admin console and save settings.
