1. Enable Prevent File Transfer

Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Document Security → Prevent Company File Transfer Outside

  1. Open the WPS365 client, and on the client home page click Admin Console in the lower-left area.
  2. In the left-side list, click Security Control.
  3. In the expanded list, click Document Security.
  4. On the page, click Prevent Company File Transfer Outside.
  5. Click Edit, then turn on the Prevent Company File Transfer Outside switch.
  6. Click Save to apply the setting.
