1. Enable Prevent File Transfer
Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Document Security → Prevent Company File Transfer Outside
- Open the WPS365 client, and on the client home page click Admin Console in the lower-left area.
- In the left-side list, click Security Control.
- In the expanded list, click Document Security.
- On the page, click Prevent Company File Transfer Outside.
- Click Edit, then turn on the Prevent Company File Transfer Outside switch.
- Click Save to apply the setting.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Prevent Company File Transfer Outside switch is shown as enabled.
- What you can do next: The administrator can continue reviewing or adjusting other document security policies.
