What should I do if enterprise cloud storage is full?
- Check whether the enterprise's total storage is already close to or at its limit.
- If the total enterprise storage is insufficient, expand the capacity based on actual needs.
- After expansion, return to Storage Management and adjust the limits for members or teams again.
Can unused storage assigned to a member be reclaimed?
- Open the Storage Management page.
- Find the relevant member or applicable rule, then adjust that member's storage limit.
- After saving, the unused storage returns to the enterprise storage pool.
Are team documents and a member's personal cloud documents separate?
- Team documents are used for collaborative team storage, while personal cloud documents are used for individual document storage.
- Admins can set separate limits for team space and personal space.
- Adjust the two types of storage separately based on actual collaboration needs.
