Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Chat Security → Open Link Domain in Chat Client Settings

  1. Open the WPS365 client, then click Admin Console in the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. In the left-side list, click Enterprise Security Control.
  3. In the drop-down list, click Chat Security.
  4. Click Settings on the right side of Open Link Domain in Chat Client Settings to open the settings window.
  5. Enter valid allowlisted domains and separate them with commas.
  6. Make sure the total number of domains does not exceed 250 and the total character count does not exceed 5000.
  7. Click OK to apply the setting.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The settings window closes and the domain configuration is saved.
  • What you can do next: Team members can open matching domain links directly in the chat client.
  • No side effects: Domains that are not on the allowlist still need to be copied into a browser.
