1. Open the client device login limit settings

Entry point: Admin Console → Security Control → Chat Security → Chat Client Login Device Limit

  1. Open the WPS 365 client.
  2. On the client home page, click Admin Console in the lower-left corner.
  3. In the left-side list, click Security Control.
  4. In the expanded list, click Chat Security.
  5. Find the Chat Client Login Device Limit settings area.

Entry point: Admin Console → Security Control → Chat Security → Limit Client Device Logins

  2. Confirm that one member account can sign in on up to 1 computer, 1 phone, and 1 tablet at the same time.
  3. Confirm that when a new device of the same type signs in, the older device is signed out automatically.
  4. Share this rule with members or include it in your organization’s account usage policy.
