1. Turn the Disable External Open Operations setting on or off

Entry point: Admin Console → Security Control → Chat Security → Disable External Open Operations

  1. Open the WPS 365 client.
  2. Click Admin Console in the lower-left corner of the client home page.
  3. Click Enterprise Security Control in the left-side list.
  4. Click Chat Security in the drop-down list.
  5. Find Disable External Open Operations.
  6. Click the Start/Off button on the right to switch the active state.
  7. After it is enabled, external open related entry points in the client container and copy-link related entry points in message streams are blocked.
