1. Turn the Disable External Open Operations setting on or off
Entry point: Admin Console → Security Control → Chat Security → Disable External Open Operations
- Open the WPS 365 client.
- Click Admin Console in the lower-left corner of the client home page.
- Click Enterprise Security Control in the left-side list.
- Click Chat Security in the drop-down list.
- Find Disable External Open Operations.
- Click the Start/Off button on the right to switch the active state.
- After it is enabled, external open related entry points in the client container and copy-link related entry points in message streams are blocked.
