1. Turn Executive Mode On or Off
Entry point: Admin Console → Security Control → Executive Mode
- Open the WPS 365 client.
- Click Admin Console in the lower-left corner of the home page.
- In the left panel, click Security Control to expand the menu.
- Click Executive Mode.
- Click the Executive Mode switch to quickly enable or disable the mode.

2. Add or Edit Roles
Entry point: Executive Mode → Add Role / Select an existing role → Edit

- Set the Role Name in the role editing panel.
- Set Role Members.
- Set Collaboration Rules to decide whether enterprise members can start collaboration actions for that role type.
- Set Supplemental Rules as needed to add rules for other subjects that may start collaboration actions for that role type.
- Click Confirm to create the role or save your changes.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The role appears in the role list, or the existing role information is updated.
- Next actions: You can review the role details or continue adding more roles.

3. Delete Roles
Entry point: Executive Mode → Select an existing role → Edit
- Open the Executive Mode page.
- Select an existing role to review its detailed rules.
- Click Delete on the right side.
- Confirm the deletion to remove the role and its rules.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The deleted role no longer appears in the role list.
- Next actions: You can continue adding roles or checking other role rules.
- No side effects: Rules for other roles remain unchanged.
