Which members are suitable for Executive Mode?

  1. Prioritize core management roles and positions that handle important business information.
  2. Based on your organization’s management requirements, evaluate whether special groups such as departing employees should be included in related roles.
  3. If standard members do not have a clear restriction need, they usually do not need to be added to Executive Mode.

Can executives turn off Executive Mode by themselves?

  1. Before using this feature, confirm whether the current account has admin console permissions.
  2. If it does not, a super admin or another authorized administrator needs to handle the change.
  3. An authorized administrator completes the configuration or shutdown in the enterprise admin console.

Does deleting a role affect other roles?

  1. The deletion only applies to the currently selected role and its rules.
  2. Before deleting, verify the member scope and applicable rules for that role.
  3. After deletion, review other roles to confirm that they still match current collaboration management needs.
