1. Add Sensitive Words

Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Sensitive Word Settings → Manage Sensitive Words

  1. Open the WPS client and click the admin console entry from the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. In the left panel, click Security Control to expand related settings.
  3. Click Sensitive Word Settings.
  4. In Manage Sensitive Words, click Add Sensitive Words.
  5. Enter the words you want to monitor. Each sensitive keyword can contain up to 20 characters. Press Enter after one keyword to continue adding the next one.
  6. Click Save. After saving, enterprise members cannot send text messages that contain the saved content. The update usually takes effect in about 5 minutes.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the newly added keyword appears in the sensitive-word management list.
  • Next action available: you can continue adding more keywords or return to review the current list.
  • Effective result: text messages containing matched keywords are restricted.

Tips While Using

  • Enterprise admin permissions are required.
  • Each sensitive keyword can contain up to 20 characters.
  • After saving, allow a short synchronization period before full effect.

2. Delete Sensitive Words

Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Sensitive Word Settings → Manage Sensitive Words

  1. Open the WPS client and enter the admin console.
  2. Go to Sensitive Word Settings under Security Control.
  3. Find the target word in the sensitive-word management list.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Confirm the deletion to finish. The removed word no longer acts as an active trigger in the current rule set.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the target word disappears from the sensitive-word management list.
  • Next action available: you can continue maintaining other words or add new ones again.
  • Effective result: the deleted word no longer triggers the current sensitive-word restriction rule.

Tips While Using

  • Confirm that the word is no longer needed before deleting it.
  • Enterprise admin permissions are required.
  • If you need the word again later, add it manually.
