1. Restore a dissolved team

Feature entry: Admin Console → Documents and Teams → Team Document Management

  1. Open the WPS 365 client.
  2. On the client home page, click Admin Console in the lower-left area.
  3. In the left panel, click Documents and Teams to expand the menu.
  4. Click Team Document Management.
  5. Click Dissolved Teams.
  6. Find the team that you want to restore.
  7. Click Restore.
  8. Confirm the action. The team and its documents are restored together.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the target team no longer appears in the Dissolved Teams list, or its status changes.
  • Next action available: admins can manage the team again, and members can access the restored team space again.
  • Document result: team documents are restored together with the team.

Tips While Using

  • Make sure your account has super admin or relevant team management permissions.
  • Confirm the team name before restoring it to avoid restoring the wrong team.
  • After restoration, review team members and document permissions if needed.
