FAQ
What is the difference between dissolving a team and deleting a team?
- Dissolving a team is usually done by the team owner.
- After a team is dissolved, the team and related documents move to a dissolved record area in the admin side.
- Deleting a team is usually done by an enterprise super admin or admin and is used to remove the team completely in the admin side.
- If you may need later recovery or follow-up management, confirm whether dissolving is the better option before deleting.
Will team members receive a notice after the team is dissolved?
- Yes. Team members receive a notice that the team has been dissolved.
- After that notice, they can no longer access documents in the team.
- To reduce disruption, notify all members and confirm file handover before you dissolve the team.
Can I recover files after I dissolve a team in WPS on Windows?
