1. Dissolve a Team
Entry point: Team Documents → target team folder → Dissolve Team
- Open the WPS 365 client, then click Team Documents in the left navigation pane on the home page.
- Right-click the target team folder name.
- Select Dissolve Team from the shortcut menu.
- Read the prompt carefully and confirm the impact of the action.
- Click Dissolve to finish.
- After the team is dissolved, team members can no longer access any files in that team, and the team moves to the Dissolved Teams area in the admin side.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The team no longer appears as an active team in the Team Documents list.
- Next actions: Team members can no longer open files in that team.
- No side effects: The result is recorded in the Dissolved Teams area for later management.
