Does select-all for department members include sub-departments?
- Open the add-team-members flow and select the target department.
- Use the select-all department members option.
- Submit the action and review the team member list.
- Members from the current department and all of its sub-departments are included in the selection scope.
Will members already in the team be added again?
- Turn on the feature and open the add-members page.
- Run select-all for the target department.
- Submit the action and review the result.
- Existing team members are filtered automatically and are not added again.
Why can’t I see this setting option?
- Confirm that the current account is a super administrator account or an admin account with the required permissions.
- Open Documents and Teams and return to Team Settings.
- Make sure the admin console page loads correctly and settings can be saved.
- If the option is still unavailable, contact your internal enterprise administrator to confirm your permission scope.
