1. Assign benefits

Entry path: Admin Console → Order Benefits → Benefit Assignment

  1. Open the WPS 365 client, then click Admin Console in the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. In the left panel, click Order Benefits to expand the list.
  3. Click Benefit Assignment.
  4. Select the benefit type you want to assign.
  5. Select the target members, then click Assign Benefits.
  6. Confirm the action and wait for the benefit to take effect.
  7. If you need an overall view, click View enterprise assignment status in the upper-right area to review assignment details.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected benefit type and target member status are visible on the assignment page.
  • Next action available: You can continue reviewing enterprise assignment status or return to the list for another assignment.
  • No side effects: Members that were not selected do not receive the current benefit.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Selecting members before choosing the benefit type can make the assignment less accurate.

2. Set the default assignment priority

Entry path: Benefit Assignment page

  1. On the order benefit assignment page, click Default assignment order for plans in the upper-right area.
  2. In the panel, review enterprise plan details, including assignment order, product name, assigned quota, total authorized quota, and expiration time.
  3. Adjust the default priority order of the enterprise plans as needed.
  4. Click OK to apply the default assignment order.
  5. After that, when a member joins the enterprise and has not received a plan through another path, the system assigns one plan according to this order.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The plan order in the panel is updated and saved.
  • Next action available: New members can receive plans according to the configured order.
  • No side effects: Plan information that was not changed remains unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Reviewing the plan list without clicking OK means the new order is not applied.
  • Permissions or membership: Order benefit management permissions are required.
