What is the difference between benefit assignment and benefit adjustment?

  3. If you need to change the assigned member, reclaim the original benefit first and then assign it again to the new member.

Are assigned benefits reclaimed automatically after an employee leaves?

  1. WPS 365 supports automatic reclaim rules.
  2. After an employee leaves, assigned benefits are reclaimed automatically.
  3. Reclaimed benefits can then be assigned again to other members.

Can the same benefit be assigned to multiple members at the same time?

  1. Yes. You can select multiple target members on the assignment page and assign the benefit in one action.
  2. The actual number that can be assigned depends on the total number of purchased enterprise benefits.
  3. If the requested number exceeds the available quota, the system prompts you to adjust the target members or add more available benefits.
