1. Team Approval

Entry: Admin Console → Approval Management → Member Approval

  1. Open the WPS 365 client, and on the home page click the Admin Console entry in the lower-left corner.
  2. In the left panel, click Approval Management to expand the related list.
  3. Open the Member Approval tab.
  4. Filter the approval target by processing status or applicant.
  5. Click Approve or Reject to complete the review.
  6. After approval, the member joins the organization automatically.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The request status changes and shows a processed result.
  • What you can do next: You can continue filtering other requests and process more approvals.
  • No side effects: Other unprocessed requests are not changed automatically.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: It is easy to open another tab under approval management, so confirm that you are on the Member Approval page before processing.
