1. Create a Kanban view

Entry: Data table screen → View list → “+”

1. Open a multidimensional table.
2. Tap View list in the lower-left corner.
3. In the view list, switch to an existing table view or tap + to create a new view.
4. Select Kanban View.
5. The system displays records as Kanban cards based on the default grouping field.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: Multiple grouped columns appear, and each record is shown as a card.
• What you can do next: You can add records, review card content, or drag cards.

• It is helpful to use a field with a clear category meaning as the grouping basis.

2. Add a record to the board

Entry: Kanban View screen → Add Record

1. Open an existing Kanban view.
2. Tap Add Record.
3. Enter or complete the record content.
4. Save the record and check whether the new card appears in the matching group column.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: A new card appears in the current group column or the column that matches the grouping field value.
• What you can do next: You can continue editing the record or move it to another group column.

• The column where a new record appears depends on the value of its grouping field.

3. Drag a card to change its group

Entry: Kanban View screen → Press and drag a card

1. Find the card you want to adjust in Kanban View.
2. Press and hold the card, then drag it to the target group column.
3. Release the card to complete the move.
4. Check whether the card now appears in the new group column.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The card moves from the original group column to the target group column.
• What you can do next: When you open the record details, the related grouping status is updated.

• Confirm the meaning of the target column before dragging so you do not change the record status by mistake.

4. Check synced data across views

Entry: Data table screen → View list

1. Add a record or move a card in Kanban View.
2. Tap View list.
3. Switch to table view or another existing view.
4. Check whether the updated record is shown there as well.
