Tips While Using

- In collaborative editing, sync timing can be affected by network conditions.
3. Drag a card to change its group

- Find the card you want to adjust in Kanban View.
- Press and hold the card, then drag it to the target group column.
- Release the card to complete the move.
- Check whether the card now appears in the new group column.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The card moves from the original group column to the target group column.
- What you can do next: When you open the record details, the related grouping status is updated.
Tips While Using
- Confirm the meaning of the target column before dragging so you do not change the record status by mistake.

4. Check synced data across views
Entry: Data table screen → View list
- Add a record or move a card in Kanban View.
- Tap View list.
- Switch to table view or another existing view.
- Check whether the updated record is shown there as well.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Other views show the same record content and status changes as Kanban View.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing the same data in any view.
Tips While Using
- Kanban View and table view display the same data source, so edits sync across views.
- If updates do not appear right away, check your network connection and reopen the view.
