FAQ

Why can’t I find the Gantt View entry?

  1. Make sure you opened a table instead of a regular document or spreadsheet file.
  2. Check whether the “+” icon is available on the right side of the data table for adding a new view.
  3. If the entry still does not appear, reopen the table and try again.

Why are no task bars shown in the Gantt chart?

  1. Open Gantt Configuration and check whether a start date field and an end date field have been selected.
  2. Confirm that both selected fields are date-type fields.
  3. Check whether the start date is earlier than the end date in each record.

How to create a Gantt chart view in WPS on Mac?

  1. Open your target table and click the “+” icon beside the data table.
  2. Select Gantt View and then open Gantt Configuration.
  3. Assign the start date field and end date field so the timeline bars can render correctly.
