Success Criteria

  3. Click the field you want to add.

6. Manage common form settings

Entry: Form View → right panel → Settings tab

  1. Open the form view.
  2. In the right panel, switch to the Settings tab.
  3. Adjust the available options as needed, including pausing collection, setting a start time, and setting an end time.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the settings reflect the current collection needs.
  • What you can do next: control when the form starts or stops accepting submissions.

Tips While Using

  • If the form should only be open during an event or campaign, set both a start time and an end time.
  • Before pausing collection, confirm whether any intended respondents still need to submit.
