1. Create a Form View

- Open a multidimensional table.
- Tap the View list in the lower-left corner.
- Switch to an existing table view, or tap + to create a new view.
- Select Form View.
- Enter the form entry screen. The fields are generated from the fields in the current table view by default.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The form entry screen opens.
- Next action available: You can see the generated form fields and continue entering content.
Tips While Using

- Environment note: If the table is online, keep the network connection available.
2. Enter data in Form View
Entry path: Form View screen
- Review the fields shown in the current Form View.
- Enter the required information field by field.
- Check that required content and field values are complete.
- Finish entering the current record.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The current record is completed in form format.
- Next action available: You can continue with another record or return to the data table to review the result.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the current table view fields are incomplete, the generated form fields will change accordingly.
- Environment note: If you need a different display order, adjust the field order in the table view first and then use Form View again.
3. Confirm that form data syncs to the data table
Entry path: Form View → Return to the related data table
- Complete one form record.
- Return to the related multidimensional table or another view.
- Find the record you just entered.
- Check whether the field values are displayed in the data table.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The newly entered data appears in the data table.
- Next action available: You can continue editing, filtering, or viewing the same record in other views.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you leave before completing the entry flow, the full record may not appear immediately.
- Environment note: Sync depends on the same underlying data table, so make sure you return to the correct table.
